Dean Keating: The AI Automation Consultant Behind Petersfield.co
Who Dean Keating is, what he installs for small businesses, and how a Petersfield owner can reach him. He works from Horndean, a short way down the A3.
Dean Keating is an AI automation consultant who builds AI agents and installs them in the tools a small business already uses. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, and publishes Petersfield.co. Setup is remote; his website says he can visit Hampshire businesses in person. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.
The short version
Dean Keating publishes this directory and also runs an AI service for small businesses. That is a conflict of interest worth stating plainly, which is why this page is labelled as being about our own business and why he is not ranked against anyone here.
He lives and works in Horndean, south of the town along the A3. He does not run an office in Petersfield. Everything is built and installed remotely, though his website says he will visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby if you want someone in the room.
What the service is
His website describes it as installed for you, not handed over. He builds AI agents, puts them into the email, web forms, WhatsApp and diary the business already uses, trains the people who work there and supports it afterwards.
The jobs his website lists are practical ones:
- replying to new enquiries within minutes, day or night
- following up every lead until they book or say no
- sending quotes and chasing the ones nobody answered
- booking jobs into the diary
- answering common questions across email, web and WhatsApp
- raising invoices and chasing late payments
- the weekly report
It is not a course, it is not phone answering, and it is not a chatbot product you subscribe to.
How it starts
There are four steps: a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, the build and install, then training and support. He begins with the single task that would make the most difference rather than rebuilding everything at once. You come away from the free call with a plan you can use with him or without him.
Other things he does
Dean Keating also builds websites for trades and small businesses and does SEO, through deankeating.com. His site lists a Shopify 10K Award, more than ten years in marketing and more than a million orders driven through Meta ads. Before marketing he spent five years as a professional stand-up comedian.
There is no rated Google business listing for him, so there is no review score to quote. Judge the service by the free call.
Price
No price list is published. The cost is given after the free call, with no obligation.
Who it suits in this area
The directory lists 417 businesses across the town and the villages around it, from restaurants (44) and gyms (37) to plumbers (24). The common thread among owners who might find this useful is a long day of doing the job and an evening of catching up on messages. If that is you, the free call is where to find out whether it is worth it.
